About us
Since its inception in 1994, UniPharma has grown to a team of over 800 employees serving over seventy pharmacies and 3,000 clients across various segments of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, including pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and smaller wholesalers.
Headquartered in Riyadh, the Group operates across the Kingdom through an expansive network of warehouses in the Eastern, Western, Central and Southern regions of Saudi Arabia supported by a fleet of over 150 vehicles. UniPharma is a Saudi closed joint stock company (CJSC) with paid-up capital of SAR 250 million.

UniPharma and Adam Pharmacy collaborate closely with local authorities to serve the health needs of the people of Saudi Arabia.We serve our public sector clients through direct purchase orders and Wasfati.

In addition to being the leading wholesaler of pharmaceutical and cosmetics products in Saudi Arabia, UniPharma owns and operates a growing chain of seventy pharmacies.Adam’s Pharmacy has demonstrated remarkable success since its inception in April 2017. Having its branches strategically located across major cities in Saudi Arabia and an e-commerce platform offering over 10,000 SKUs, including medicines, supplements, personal care items, cosmetics, and newborn products.
Our future plans for Adam Pharmacy include:
- Expanding our footprint to over one hundred branches by 2026.
- Growing our client base through operational agreements with clinics.
- Complementing our network of pharmacies with a robust online presence.
- Positioning our pharmacies as e-commerce fulfillment centers for nationwide deliveries.
